Join the MWBE Committee for an informational session with Consigli. This event will provide Minority, Women and Service-Disabled Owned Businesses with an introduction to Consigli and the chance to discuss potential opportunities to do business with the organization.

Alexa Jennings, Estimator


Alexa Jennings is an experienced construction professional with over six years in the industry, currently serving as an Estimator at Consigli. In this role, she leads the development of detailed cost estimates, collaborating with architects and field teams to ensure accuracy and value within budget constraints. Previously, she has held various roles in project management, field operations, M/E/Ps, and pre-construction, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. Alexa has worked with notable clients such as Memorial Sloan Kettering, Brookfield Properties, NewYork-Presbyterian and Columbia University, with experience across healthcare, life sciences, education and residential sectors.



Ted Pollack, Senior Purchaser


As Senior Purchaser, Ted oversees the pre-qualification, solicitation of bids, bid analysis and award of work to subcontractors and vendors on the project. Ted also plays an integral part during the pre-construction process, evaluating opportunities for value engineering.



Charles Esteves, Director of Pre-Construction


Charles Esteves is the Director of Pre-construction at Consigli, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to his role. As Director, Charles leads the pre-construction efforts, working closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to ensure meticulous planning that sets the stage for successful project execution. His expertise spans various sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, cultural, higher education, K-12, hospitality, commercial, residential and historic renovation. Charles has worked with notable clients such as the Apollo Theater, Columbia University, Princeton University, New York Presbyterian, North River Company and the Jewish Museum.


Ken Hart, Community Liaison


As Community Liaison Ken has been primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community, stakeholders, and relevant community organizations. He has also played a crucial role in ensuring that Consigli maintains our stellar reputation for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in outreach, staffing, and programming. He has used these skills across market sectors for clients such as The NYC DDC, NYC EDC, Columbia University, NYU, Princeton University, Arden Group, 1940 Turnbull, and NYC Health + Hospitals, Bellevue Hospital, just to name a few.
