About Casey Carpenter
An introvert and reformed wallflower, Casey almost lost her first sales job after struggling to learn insurance industry concepts. Her career took a turn when she won a district-level sales speech competition and discovered a powerful lesson: mastering your speaking skills and presence can help you win over any room.
Today, Casey works with executives across industries around the globe at the intersection of speaking, presence, leadership, and empathy. She is sought after by organizations experiencing culture challenges, helping employees reconnect, communicate more effectively, and become productive together again.
Casey is also a top-tier Guide for CHIEF, where she facilitates peer-group discussions for C-suite women leaders.
