PWC NY's Professional Development Advisory Council [PDAC Committee] invites you to an expert-led panel exploring the key challenges and emerging successes shaping New York City’s ambitious push toward decarbonization.
This session will take a closer look at the real-world considerations of commissioning and designing large-scale electrification projects, while spotlighting innovative solutions such as advanced building systems, microgrids, and renewable energy technologies that can help reduce strain on the grid. The discussion will further examine how future-ready workplace design and adaptable building infrastructure can support electrification strategies and long-term emissions reduction.
Beyond operational performance, our panelists will address the growing importance of embodied carbon and how upcoming policy changes are expected to influence the future of the city’s sustainability marketplace.
