As we begin 2026, we are centering our year around a simple but powerful theme: Growth & Community. These two ideas reflect the heart of our work and the future we are building together. Growth is about momentum, curiosity, and continuous development. Community is about belonging, collaboration, and the strength that comes from shared purpose. When these forces come together, they create lasting impact.

At PWC NY, cultivating growth and community is central to everything we do. Our mission—to support, advance, and connect women while championing diversity across the architecture, engineering, construction, and related industries—guides our programs and priorities. Through the work of our Membership, Mentorship, MWBE, and Professional Development Advisory Council (PDAC) committees, along with our dynamic events and initiatives, we create spaces for learning, leadership, and meaningful engagement.

In the year ahead, we are excited to build stronger bridges across the industry. By expanding partnerships with professionals, public agencies, and private organizations, we aim to spark thoughtful dialogue, share emerging ideas, and contribute to a more connected and inclusive AEC community.

To our members: thank you for shaping this organization through your involvement and commitment. You are the reason this community continues to grow. And to those considering joining us—there is a place for you here. This is the year to invest in your development, broaden your network, and grow alongside peers who are invested in your success.
