PWC NY is proud to introduce our newly appointed Board of Directors, led by incoming President Katie Nilsen



As we step into 2026, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) New York is proud to introduce our newly appointed Board of Directors, led by incoming President Katie Nilsen.
 
Katie Nilsen, Vice President of Development & Strategy at E-J Electric Installation Co., brings a wealth of industry expertise and a passion for mentorship to this role. A long-time advocate for women in the AEC community and a recognized industry leader, Katie is committed to advancing equity, driving innovative partnerships, and expanding career-defining opportunities for our members.
 
Under this new leadership, PWC NY remains dedicated to its mission: promoting, supporting, and connecting women and diverse professionals across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
